The Interceptor product line can monitor, analyze, report on, and make automated decisions to optimize your operations.
With the Interceptor solution, you can gain insights into everything from HVAC systems in your facilities to more specialized machinery.
Multiple Unit Monitoring with the Interceptor
Our foundational product, the Interceptor, can be used to control multiple devices simultaneously, like warehouses full of refrigeration units. With the Interceptor, you can go beyond just monitoring units—you can control each individual unit, setting the temperatures and ensuring optimal performance.
The Interceptor provides highly-optimized equipment monitoring with 24/7 real-time detection alarm and can monitor temperatures within 1F of accuracy.
At a minimum, one can use an Interceptor and a Quartermaster to control equipment or monitor sensors used in manufacturing, such as pressure sensors, current draw, voltage stability, strain gauges, temperature sensors, data flow, and more. When a Horizon board is added to the solution, it enables you to see and control processes and manually implement changes through a touch screen or keyboard. This is especially useful for HVAC system controlling and monitoring.
Our products also allow you to monitor different conditions in your facilities from great distances. The Quartermaster will take this data and report it back to your main control center, ensuring that your facilities are constantly monitored and you will be informed of any issues in real-time.
The Interceptor product line’s small size (1/3 the size of a business card) makes it significantly less bulky than other similar products. And our solutions reduce the need for cords and cables, reducing the real estate needed to house them. This helps manufacturers save space for necessary equipment and storage. This compact size also means that Interceptor products use less power than other comparable products, saving you both energy and money long-term.
Through constant oversight, our products offer direct, real-time reports on your warehouses, equipment, and more. This allows you to know the status of all your equipment and devices, no matter their location, saving you time and money.
